Contribuiți la feedbackGreat food, but it was a big struggle to have my open table reservation points accepted. They do not have a good process for acknowledging your reservation.
This was the oddest restaurant experience I've had in awhile. On a Saturday night at 7pm there were probably only 4-5 tables dining. We had drinks at the bar first and the bar tender was not terribly friendly and they were out of the Shiraz which was disappointing. Once we finally sat down the service to even get clean wine glasses and drinks was ridiculously slow. It took about 30 minutes to order drinks and have wine poured yet no one was really around and the place was not busy. The food was actually very good and the redeeming factor of the night but we were there almost 3 hours and only had main course and drinks. Just an odd, empty experience. I don't plan to return which is sad because the restaurant itself is very nicely decorated and has potential but just no one was there! It's weird to dine alone in Addison on a Saturday night when every other restaurant around has a wait.
We tried to go to the restaurant for lunch. When we finally found it there is a one way drive way only so we followed the signs only to discover it was under ground parking. There is no way I am using under ground parking. If they really want customers they need valet parking. Every one I have talked to feels the same way.
This place was so disorganized and the service was beyond bad. We went with a group of 18 and there was literally no one else in the restaurant for the first hour we were there, however, the waiter took a few orders at a time, processed a few at a time, thereby bringing out our food 2 or 3 at a time. Drink orders had to be repeatedly asked for (we 're talking 6-8 times! . At one point I went up to the bar to get a drink and the bartender was beyond rude. They added on 20% to everyone 's tab and when I gave the waiter cash he had the audacity to say so just keep the change which would have resulted in a 60% tip for him! He was not joking. Horrible service and sad because some of the food, which wasn 't messed up, was actually good. I was told there was no manager at all. It showed. Very bad service, bad attitudes of wait staff and overall horrible dining experience. Will NEVER go back and doubt this place will last more than a few months.
Parking is in the underground office building parking and steep stairs from the garage or you can walk up the ramp to the other entry. Valet parking available. The BEST food and we tried four different dishes. Will go back. Great server!
