I felt really bad because the guy driving me was in a rush since he had another ride and the workers were dragging. I am thankful that one of them was nice enough to give me an extra large hot chocolate. There should be more employees there. Overall even though the service is pretty slow, the workers were nice.

15 minute wait for a cup of coffee. Don't go here in the

A convenient place to get a terrible cup of coffee, prepared by people who are generally annoyed that you came to their location. Drinks with not enough cream or sugar, food items that they forget to prepare and then are super heated to a near atomic temperature (I actually received a breakfast sandwich last week that was so hot upon my first attempted bite more than 2mi down the road, that it burned my top lip to the point it scabbed), rude employees who will ask you why you’re still waiting at the window when they forgot to make your food, and incompetent employees who will make you wait more than 5min in line for food they haven’t began to prepare and they’re just now deciding to tell you they don’t have the ingredients to prepare. Finally, while you’re waiting for your trash from these incompetent people, you get to look at the disgusting ledge where they’ve clearly spilled much of their bile and never bothered to clean it. I’d love to see inside. Conveniently, it’s drive through only.

Rude staff, slow service, what so hard about being friendly?

Really bad service. This people don’t know we make their check when we by coffee there. Coffee always nasty, They need to put more cream and sugar if you asking for it.Is being a long week and all I want is a good coffee in the morning.PLEASE make my coffee better MORE cream and sugar.
