The room had basic amenities such as tea and coffee making facilities, a hairdryer, and a comfortable bed with nice pillows. However, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, with dusty skirting boards and an unclean kettle. The breakfast offered was continental for an expensive price, leading me to opt for pastries from a nearby grocery store instead. Overall, the lack of soundproofing, cleanliness issues, and limited breakfast options made me decide not to stay at Findlay's again despite the convenient location in Fraserburgh.

Very basic food. Wouldn’t hurry back. Quick service, almost too quick- asking for a drinks order before we had our jackets off.

My sisters and I stayed here for two nights while visiting the area for a family funeral. The rooms were lovely and clean, the breakfast was very good and the service was perfect really friendly. Would definitely return and would definitely recommend.

Dog Friendly Bar Restaurant with lovely food. Stop in past the bar for lunch while walking the dog. Dog was made at home with his own bowl and a few scraps off my plate.... but to be honest there wasn’t much scraps as the food was delicious and we finished everything. Coffee and bar lunch was great and nice way to break up the walk with the dog around the Fraserburgh Bypass and beach. Bar menu good choice, quality and excellent value. I made a reservation with my family to celebrate a special occasion, but we were disappointed with our experience. The menu had enough options for us, but the quality and presentation of the food were lacking. The food tasted like it came from a fast food truck, not the standard we expected from a restaurant. The beer and wine options were also disappointing. The staff were friendly, but overall we did not feel the meal was worth the price. We will not be returning.
