OZAKI Sushi et Grill - Aachen

We ate at this restaurant à la carte. No waiters served us at the table. This was first sign that the staff do not care about customers. After arrival of the first dishes the plates and cutlery/ chopsticks were still not present. After requesting for...the tableware we also needed to ask for soysauce, for wasabi, anything basically! Between the dishes we had to wait for over 30 minutes and no one cared for us or the empty dishes. Glad that we did not choose for “All You Can Eat” as this would mean us waiting for ages. The “Japanese” food was eatable but overpriced, quantity of fish in sushi was minimal, mixed up with Korean (kimchi) and Chinese food (deep fried dumpling sold as gyoza). Would not suggest to go here if you have other options.

Came for lunch with my brother and his German girlfriend while visiting them from England. Loved it! I love the set up with the ipads and the ability to just order loads of dishes to basically have a sushi feast! Great prices and delicious food....The spicy baked salmon sushi was amazing! The seaweed salad beautiful, fresh salmon, sticky rice, beautiful avocado. The only issue I had was that there's not much in the way of personal customer service by the staff but I guess that's the thing with ordering from an ipad.

Me and my boyfriend have been here the last weekend of September. We use to eat sushi, in Italy and in the Netherlands. But this time in Germany our experience was poor, and the price was high for the quality of food served.

Wer gerne Sushi hat, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Schnelle und sehr freundliche Bedienung. Das Lokal ist sauber und modern. Gehe immer wieder gerne hin.

Sehr gutes Essen, selbst als nicht Sushi Liebhaber auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, habe dadurch den Geschmack auf Sushi bekommen.Sehr freundliches Personal.Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.Ps. Wer vernünftig bestellt , brauch auch nichts dazu zu zahlen. Nur so als Tipp
