Aix Mediterrane - Aachen

Booking and greeting until so far everything is fine. When ordering also OK. Then after 45 minutes without our food we asked why the preparation took so long. The waitress told us that another table has our dishes, and we can have their order if we want! She was also quite argumentative. And without the least attempt of an apology. A waiter came by and gave us a round, so we decided to stay and not leave without eating. We finally got the food. The dishes have tasted us well. Too bad everything except the food was so terrible. —————————— Booking was easy enough and we were greeted politely. The order was taken without trouble. Then after 45 minutes without our meals arrive, we asked why it was taking so long. The waitress told us that another table had ended up with our order and that we could have theirs if we wanted! She was really argumentative about it. And didn’t offer any attempt of an apology. A waiter came over and offered us another round of drinks on the house, so we decided to stay and not leave having not eaten. In the end we got our meals and they tasted good. What a shame that everything other than the food was so terrible.

The restaurant is located in the center, in summer they can also sit outside. from outside, the local lures with meat and fish from the wood charcoal grill. in the inner it is not front and chic, but casual. one sits on wooden, the decoration is discreet, it looks a little naked, like in a Greek family taverne. we were kindly greeted and could choose a place on the window. to us were the koks and the grill, but without disturbing noise or smell. the menu includes cold and warm appetizers, salads and meat/fish from wood charcoal grill. the prices for a main court are between 10 and 20 euro. we ordered the mixed appetizer plate 13,50€, which consisted of a hot cheese croquet on the outside crispy, slightly melted on the inside, two filled böreks, humus spicy, pleasantly firm consistency, spinat yogurt cream, gurkencreme, wulgursalat, oliven, peperoni and tomaten. there were warm, wonderfully fluffy bread. a good start. then the grillmaster asked us if he should prepare the main dish directly what he liked. the man chose the grill plate 19,50€ . lamme,- chop and chicken dishes, lamme chop and grillfrikadelle with fries and salat. the fries were baked carrot slices, but this did not last from eating. the flesh was well roasted, very delicate and finely spiced. At the top there were still grilled tomatoes/peperoni and two dips that perfectly matched to the meat. the inlay salad was fresh and crisp, mouth, leaf salads, gurken and tomaten with a well seasoned vinegar oil dressing. I chose sis kebab 13,80€ . lambspoke with rice and salat. the lamb was very delicate, but crispy outside. in combination with the sharp or creamy point really good. grilled tomatoes/peperoni and inlay salad available and delicious. the rice was rather soft boiled and mixed with butter, was in order, but could have tolerated some salt and was personally in the amount too soy. overall we have eaten very well and were served friendly. a visit is therefore recommended. only the cleanliness on the toilets could be improved.

The juice is a culinary sin... and the chef is a very big guy....teşekkür

The food has cost very well and the prices are very fair for the quality and portions. You can sit here comfortably and the service was very friendly. We definitely come back! Card payment from 20,00€

We had reserved a dinner with friends in Aix Mediterrane and were very satisfied, we had ordered all four other dishes from meat to fish and were all enthusiastic. Service is very accommodating.
