Pizza Hut - a Beach

Based on my experience the fault lies with delay and misleading changing tracking info. For Pizza Huts 3rd party delivery service. Food late and cold. Regardless negatively impact PH service and quality of food delivered.Had to go pick up carry out close by home. way past dinner time for elderly mother. Time reset with tracker so food arrived near same time. Difference was back up carry out order wS edible. Whereas Pizza Hut order was tough and chewy landed in the trash. I opted for delivery for connivence avoid sitter for mom to pick up. Overall one stressful, expensive, hassle..

I ordered online and ordered over $50 dollars of pizza. We are local to this area and order here often with this being one of the bad experiences but by far the worst. The store called us after about 30 minutes of placing order and stated they were out of the large pan pizzas we ordered but they could substitute medium size pizzas for about $5 more each. We asked for other options but they stated this was the only option they had. Seriously, charge more for less and 20 percent more at that!!!!!!!!! We cancelled the order and placed a comparable order with Dominos for about half that price. We then called the Pizza Hut customer service number and reported what happened but they stated there wasn’t anything they could do. Please don’t support this business as I have no intention to do so in the future! DO BETTER PIZZA HUT OR YOU WILL GO OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!!!

Absolutely terrible service from the woman that was working the night of 3/29/24. You need to learn not to react to your emotions woman and treat people with respect. If you can’t deal with customers without acting like a child find a new career. I waiting 2 hrs for pizza that never came, they kept us on hold for an hour, and the damn store is 5 minutes away. We tried to see if we could pick it up but they said they were just busy. 2 hrs later no pizza, I went into the store cool calm and collect and as soon as I told the lady my moms name she got very disrespectful and proceeded to act like a child and walk away and tell me to leave when all I wanted was a canceled order receipt. She ended up giving me the receipt finally after she threw a temper tantrum. That’s all I wanted lady, you made it a scene not me. Grow up! I will never order from this store again and I will highly encourage everyone I know not to do business there.

This is the worst customer service I have Ever had with Pizza Hut On 3/29/2024 the lady working was very unprofessional and rude. Ordered online delivery through app and called to try and make it carry out was told I could Not and had to wait they were busy. Ordered my food at 634 pm and 830pm still no food. Called multiple times and kept getting put on hold then phone was disconnected. I am never leave bad reviews and normally just take what I get But this lady was so rude I had To. I wont be ordering ever again from here.

We ordered a pizza for pick up, asked if there was a special and the person on the phone said there was no special. She was very rude. My wife looked online and found a promo that was going on. We went to pick up the pizza my wife went inside showed her the promo and the Lady would not change the price. She says she never goes online and looks at the promos. Poor customer service. Bad atmosphere. Does not care about the customers. The employee said that they were the general manager. You would think that the general manager could change the price. Evidently they don’t know what they are doing.
