My husband and I had dinner here during our anniversary stay in Whistler what an exceptional, fine dining experience! Our reservation placed is next to a warm, gas fireplace, and our server, Bill, was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. We asked for a wine recommendation to go with our meal selection, and his pairing was absolutely phenomenal! Overall, the food and experience was of such quality that we will definitely be going back next time we’re in town. 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend if you’re looking for authentic Italian cuisine and a welcoming, fine dining experience.

I would hit Zero but sadly I can’t with the reviews .I recently visited Quattro Restaurant for a special occasion, and I must say, my experience was extremely disappointing. The poor service and evident lack of staffing had a significant impact on the overall quality of my dining experience.From the start, it was evident that the restaurant was understaffed. This resulted in delays in receiving our drinks, which were served long after we had started our meals. To make matters worse, the food we were served was disappointingly cold. It's disheartening when a restaurant fails to deliver a basic expectation like serving hot food.Considering the poor service, lack of staffing, and overall lack of interest from the staff, I can confidently say that I will not be returning to Quattro Restaurant. When dining out for a special occasion, one expects attentive service and an enjoyable experience, both of which were sorely lacking during my visit. Sadly we paid an over priced bill of $700 for bad service and very average food .I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to avoid disappointing future diners. As for me, I'll be searching for a restaurant that values its customers and can provide the exceptional dining experience I had hoped for.

Food was flavourful, unctuous, and generously-portioned Great value with their low-season 4 for $44?️ A bit on the loud side (maybe a sign I'm getting old)Came here in mid October for dinner with another couple. Had a good experience overall. Service was excellent. Our glasses were never empty. The food came out at a good pace, allowing us to enjoy it fully. The portions were generous and the whole table got our fill. The tiramisu was delicious. It was a little on the loud side during the height of service at around 19:30 which made it a little challenging to have conversation but nothing unreasonable.I recommend Quattro and would come again for the $44 menu.
