Xǐ Shān Shí Táng - 石川町

This restaurant is full of Showa era vibes and I personally love it. It's a local favorite and today I tried the grilled meat set meal. The thick slices of shoulder roast were cooked to perfection and the sauce that came with it was a new addition, but it went well with the rice. It was delicious. Next time, I'll try the fried chicken set meal.

I found a hit when searching for a cafeteria, so I decided to give it a try! At first, I was unsure if they were open, but since the curtain was out, I cautiously entered. The atmosphere, overseen by the aunty in charge, was indescribable, and the menu was full of intriguing items. The fried chicken had thin pieces of chicken, but the ramen was refreshing with a good amount of noodles, and it was delicious! I am eager to try other menu items in the future.
