I visited this restaurant on a whim. Despite the name "Meshiya" suggesting otherwise, the seafood dishes were excellent. Furthermore, the prices were reasonable, and I understood why the restaurant was so bustling. I would definitely like to visit again.

With a very straightforward name, this restaurant may seem a little intimidating at first glance, but among the other shops nearby that are closed on Wednesdays, this one was open so I decided to give it a try. The portion sizes are generous and the flavors are excellent. It's a great feeling to eat and drink heartily with a satisfied stomach. I highly recommend the thick-cut bonito sashimi, it's incredibly satisfying. Basically, I think everything on the menu is delicious. The staff are also very friendly and welcoming.

The sashimi was delicious, but the simmered fish broth was exceptional. When poured over rice, it became a dish that could stand on its own as a delicacy.
