Contribuiți la feedbackCaseys North: I ordered online almost an hour before pickup, requesting a pizza with double pepperoni all over, pineapple, and light onion on the left side (I know, what side is left?). What I received was a cold pizza with single pepperoni and an abundance of onion across the entire pizza. There was no pineapple, and my kids wouldn’t eat it because it tasted overwhelmingly of onions. I called to explain that I wasn’t upset, as mistakes happen, but I had paid extra for the toppings and would like a refund for those. I was told there was nothing she could do except offer me free breadsticks. Seriously? The last thing I want is more cold breadsticks. It was clear my order was prepared when I placed it rather than fresh for the pickup time I scheduled. Despite the numerous complaints I’d seen about them, I decided to order anyway to see for myself. I rate this experience zero out of five stars.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I was given the wrong pickup time and ended up waiting over 30 minutes. The cashier, Tymikm, really lacked customer service skills. I would not recommend going to this place at all.
This Casey's really came to our rescue during a rough moment! My little son got carsick while we were driving from the Twin Cities to Iowa and ended up throwing up all over the car just outside Zumbrota. The staff provided me with some cleaning supplies to help tidy up the mess, and the friendly attendant even gave my other child, who was pretty shaken by the whole situation, a small treat to help her feel better. Everyone there was genuinely kind and pleasant to us. We eventually made it to Iowa, and my son felt much better. I’m so grateful for the kindness of the staff!
I visited Casey's to buy cigarettes and was informed that their checkout machine was out of order, so I could only pay with cash. Unfortunately, I don’t carry cash. Then, a black woman who works as a cook came out and started arguing with me. This is the second time I've had an unpleasant experience there. I want to report her because she falsely claimed that I was with my grandchildren, but I haven't seen my children or grandchildren in eight years.
Pizza was ordered at this location, and we waited at the other location in town. Nobody greeted us. And when she acknowledged, she was passive aggressive about speaking up or we’d stand there all day. Pizza order was wrong, but we didn’t realize until we were home.
