Pizzeria da Amici - Zürich

Unfortunately very slow service. A lunch should be served quicker. It's a shame the garden would be great.

Had to spend 2.5 hours on 6 pizzas and 3 pastas despite a reservation. Kelner is completely overwhelmed. Only recommended if you have a lot to show.

We have been to other Cucina Restaurant locations a few times. But the service here was really underground!!! Nothing was coordinated and they definitely weren't working quickly even the nice and funny sayings in between didn't improve anything. We waited an extremely long time every time we wanted to order something and the waiting time for the food was almost 40 minutes! We have now been waiting for the invoice for 35 minutes, even though we have asked for it several times. But creating the invoice also seems complicated here. Regarding the food, I have to say it was okay, but the quality was far from that of the other locations. Our Scallopine al limone had more of a white wine instead of a lemon sauce, a joke with this dish! The seasoning was bland and unfortunately not lemony at all. Update: After 45 minutes of waiting, the bill finally came, but it didn't have any details. We were too stupid to discuss it to get the detailed bill, we paid and left definitely once and never again. It's a shame because the location itself would be really great.

I had the pleasure of visiting the Cucina restaurant at the Guggach stop and my experience was overall positive. The service was very friendly and attentive, and I felt welcome and well looked after as a guest. The food at Cucina was generally delicious, but unfortunately my pizza was a bit cold. Nevertheless, you could still see the fresh ingredients and the attention to detail in the preparation. The portions were generous, so I left the restaurant with a satisfied stomach. All in all, I had a pleasant evening in the Cucina restaurant at the Guggach stop. The nice service, pleasant atmosphere and cleanliness of the toilets contributed to a positive experience. A small criticism was the somewhat worn menu, which could perhaps do with an update or renewal. I'm looking forward to possibly trying other dishes on my next visit and hope that the temperature of the food will be optimal.

Spaghetti Carbornara for 25chf, but you only get extremely little for it. By far the worst price-performance ratio. Extremely little and totally dry with a fingertip of parmesan on top. Bad joke, once and never again. Absolutely not recommended.
