Moudi am Schanzengraben - Zürich

Had dinner outside. Nice terras and setting. The food was good and tasteful; hence the poor instead of terrible rating. Yet, service was extremely bad and arrogant and does not make this a recommendable place. One can get much better in Zurich.

This is a nice and cozy place to hang out with friends. The food overall was good but not spectacular. However the service is very nice. We had a set of vegetarian small plates which we shared among the entire group.

Good music . We ordered a sweet white wine.

The eggplant (Frittierte Aubergine cubes) was the best we've every had anywhere. The veggie Arayes was also very good. We loved the quiet location right along the canal. It was nice to have a choice of indoor or outdoor seating. We found the menu varied with lots of interesting dishes for both vegetarian and meat-eaters.

This was right next to the hotel we were staying in and hence we showed up here for lunch the day we arrived. The place had a casual relaxed vibe with lively music . The service started a little cold to begin but warmed up as the meal progressed. We tried the mezze platter with kofta and falafel salad. Both were good but not outstanding. The Aubergine and tzatiziki mezze stood out along with the falafel.
