kai sushi lessing - Zürich

Order was not complete. sushi has fallen apart. Chicken ice cream is totally overpriced.

Everything was very good. that you have to order for at least french, is full and I will not make in future

Excellent eating, but min later than announced

This was a wonderful time to enjoy dinner outside. The manager was the server and managed all the tables beautifully. The interior was lovely but there was no air conditioning and it seemed a bit stuffy. The sashimi was fresh. The only drawback to sitting outside was the tram noise.

Walked in solo looking for a feast at the conveyer belt. Saw some decent plates being made. They still have those covid scan menus, but i couldnt find the dishes I was seeing. When I tried to speak to chefs at bar, I was wildly ignored. When I flagged a waiter down, he said he would come right back. Never saw him again. I was forced to eat what was on belt. There was always the same 4 plates going round and round. The chefs were bustling on the other side....right in front on conveyer, and never thought to reload. When I was simply bored, and not full, I pulled over another waiter and asked for the check. He never came back either. I sat there waiting for 10 minutes to settle my single tab. I actually had to get up and walk to the entrance to pay directly. When I addressed the poor service to the manager, he responded with That is not nice to hear, but I cannot do anything about that . They just lost a potential customer who drives by every work day.
