We arrived with a voucher: 4* Gastro Wellness in Zsámbék . The toilets in the wellness center were far from clean, and there was no toilet paper. When booking, we agreed in advance about our request for a vegetarian and lactose-free lunch. They had a hard time responding to the e-mail confirming that they are prepared for different food sensitivities, as stated in the offer. Despite this, they welcomed us in the restaurant as if we were speaking Chinese. The lactose-free and vegetarian 3 courses: Creamy apple cream soup, meat soup ribs stuffed with ham and cheese, grilled chicken (picture attached) the dessert was basically a lactose-free strawberry slice. After we clarified what vega and lm mean, they also offered fried cheese (milerit) as an option (picture attached). We reported our problem at the Hotel 's reception. The answer was that they cannot do anything about it, they handed over the spec. our request to the restaurant. Thus, our all-day wellness program ended at 1:00 p.m. The only positive: the enthusiastic and kind student servers. The food was delicious and the service was very nice. We rarely come across such willing individuals as here. The place is also pleasant, both the indoor air-conditioning and the outdoor covered terrace.
