My wife and I had a very pleasant experience. First of all, the place is much bigger than it seems, with a choice of a more intimate room. The atmosphere is relaxed and relaxing with a well curated and thought out decor. The service: fast and courteous. What I did appreciate is the (almost) lost art of a waiter being present without being invasive. The food came fast but not too much to make me suspicious of the aid of chef mike...just enough time for the burger to cook properly. Good quality meat and cooked well. The buns could use a bit more braising on the inside The little accompanying salad is refreshing but needs some seasoning. Fries are good but a little oily.

Nice and cozy atmosphere, good burgers and nice waiters!

The first time we were mistreated there, I thought was an isolated case. However, the second time I noticed a pattern. Waiters simply ignore you if you don't look like white dutch.

Bad ice cream, doesn't look like real Italian unfortunately. Cannoli too sweet and bad.

Very poor chocolate milk and the nacho’s are on the dry side aswell, when i told the waiter he didn’t provide any type of service to fix the problem
