Landgasthof Neurauter - Zirl

The restaurant itself is really excellent and recommended! It is only the service (Make servants) which could be improved. A little kindness and smile would not hurt the business...

I was in this restaurant on a last trip about two weeks ago, on June 25th. The kitchen was very slow, and when the last dish was brought out for the other members of my group, I was informed that they were from what I had ordered, that I could have the last dish that was brought out or nothing because the kitchen was closed. The waiter assured me that it would be on him what turned out after an obvious advice with the owner to be a 20% discount and a talk about how it was really my fault. The concept of the customer always seems to be correct here, even if the customer is actually correct. If you have an alternative, take it.

Great local cuisine and a very fast service. The waitress was very friendly and she took the time to explain to us the local dishes. On the menu were also a few vegetarian dishes

The food was delicious to play the beer garden large and plenty of space for children in the play area at the end of the garden, the menu was extensive and the food was beautifully presented.

The room we stayed in was dark and musty without airconditoning. The window was right above busy train tracks so we could not open it.
