The customer service at this restaurant was extremely poor. It took a very long time to receive our order, which ended up being incorrect. The employees were seen casually socializing and cleaning inside while a long line formed outside at the drive-thru. The overall service rating for take-out lunch was 1 out of 5, with the price per person ranging from $10 to $20. The food received a rating of 2 out of 5, while the atmosphere was rated 2 out of 5 as well.

The staff at this restaurant seem sneaky and only care about their drive-thru time clock. They handed me a bag of old nuggets and claimed they were hot. The drive-thru time clock should be removed from this location as it is not accurate at all. Overall, the service, atmosphere, and food all received a rating of 1 out of 5. The meal type was takeout and the price per person was $20-30 for dinner.

Is there a manager who provides training for the staff? It seems like they need to be taught what good customer service is. Every time I have been there, there has been some kind of issue. The service, atmosphere, and food all leave something to be desired. The take-out lunch was disappointing, with a price per person ranging from $20 to $30.

My parents just went here maybe about less than an hour ago and ordered a whopper with bacon and cheese long story short they thought the sandwich didn’t have the cheese or bacon so they went in and spoke a manger keep in mind as soon as they went in she already had a horrible attitude to begin with and instead of listening to her customers and trying to make it right she took it upon herself to open the burger in front of them and dig through it until she found the cheese then said “here’s your cheese” put the bun back on and tried to give to them. Obviously my parents didn’t want it after her disgusting hands were all over it and she opened it on the counter. Fortunately she did refund the money but she has a major attitude problem and by reading the other reviews on this page it seems like this establishment has serious issues to address ASAP. Need better customer service, cleanliness lessons, and serious management training. If you don’t want to work there then don’t.
