Rossy's Restaurant - ZIHUATANEJO

The people are so friendly and attentive. the drinks are great. chips and guacamole delicous. they see amazing. the food is in order.

Our overall experience and food wasn't bad until it came time to pay. We simply made an error in the math upon splitting the bill, which in turn affected the tip. The server got very aggressive and rude in saying that we didn't tip enough...and demanded more because it wasn't 10%. We simply contributed another 20 pesos to correct the situation. Although we had made an honest mistake, the service wasn't really even worth the 10%. It was hard to get the servers attention at any given time. Normally I wouldn't give a negative review, but this was the 2nd time at Rossy's that this has happened. We got confronted over a lesser tip on our visit last year, that one WAS because of terrible service. We won't be going back to this establishment.

We'll go first when we get out of the plane. casual food and great waiters. excellent place for a post beach margarita . sometimes live bands. the young never forget your name! perfect place to watch the sunset and the people enjoy the beach

We love this place! much fun dancing, good time. good eating and drinks. friendly staff. no almost food place. their prices are very reasonable. good times!
