Es stand eine lange Reise vor uns: aus Zürich über den Nationalpark bis nach Italien, ans Meer. Zernez lag um zirka ein viertel des Reisen und ideal für die erste Pause. Wir wollte nur ein Kaffee und etwas Kleines. Kaffee unbeschreiblich und zum Essen gab es nichts frisches. Dafür waren die Preise, wie üblich, hoch. Ich verstehe das auch, wenn es um gute Ware ging. Flüssiger Kaffee mit nicht einer halben Kugel Eis zu einem horrenden Preis haben wir stehengelassen weil es überhaupt nicht schmeckte

Sehr freundliche und entgegenkommende Damen, die dieses Café/Bistro/Bäckerei führen. Es liegt direkt an der Wegekreuzung der 27, die von Österreich in den Engadin führt, bzw. der 28 weiter in den Nationalpark. Idealer Haltepunkt: frische und leckere Waren, alles ist sauber und ordentlich, gute Toiletten, Parkplätze und Terrasse stehen zur Verfügung. Nebenan liegt ein kleiner Supermarkt.
