Enzian - Zermatt

Enzian is an absolute gem in the area of Sunnegga/Finding of cermatt, which recommends it very much. fresh delicious food, great outdoor terrace with views of the matthorn, very friendly staff and fantastic service they are thoroughly looked after. the rösti chicken burger and the carrot...cakes are absolutely delicious

We have been skiing at Zermatt for many years but this was our first visit to Restaurant Enzian and we will be returning! Stefan and Fabian, the owners are friendly and so hospitable. The food is traditional Swiss mountain food and so delicious and hearty....I enjoyed the homemade quiche with a green salad and my partner a chicken special with Rosti. We were seated at a table for six with two other twosomes that we enjoyed meeting and chatting to over our lunch. We were there on a snowy ski day but I am sure when the sun is shining the outside seating is fabulous with views of the Matterhorn. Be sure to make a reservation!

We have eaten a chic lunch every day while we ceremoniously ski a week, our absolute favorit was enzian. the personal was so inviting, the custom drinks were delicious, and that could not have been better! we believe that we have found a “hidden jewel” on the...Mountain that would recommend to everyone! recommend to the huh “burger” the quiche! Moreover, they were the only restaurant on the mountain that our ids compared with our covid cards and we felt there very “Covid-safe”. in any case on our return list!

A very welcome stop on our hike down the mountain, this restaurant served great savoured diners in idyllic settings with a fantastic view of the matthorn, in a traditional alpine hamlet. I ate a very tasty and daring chicken salad, my man had the...best homemade quiche he had ever tasted, and my son and daughter really enjoyed their rösti dish and spaghetti bolognaise. the staff was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely go back. I recommend this restaurant.

In october almost all restaurants are closed in the mountains, although this restaurant is opened. there is no choise to eat, only spaguettis. the waitress with a certain age was very rude, so I went immediately. bad vibs.
