Chi-Ba-Bou - Zermatt

Every time we go to Zermatt for the weekend, we eat at least once at the Chi-Ba-Bou! Best buffet ever, fresh food, amazing salad buffet and awesome sauces to go with! Highly recommended!

Highly recommended. Good choice of fondues ( NOT ONLY CHEESE ). Salad buffet as well. Location is inside the hotel. Nice light inside.

This place had a great fondue buffet. The meat was fresh and we had 3 different types of oil/broth to cook in. They also provided batter so you could essentially make tempura, which was excellent. It was very expensive, but in line with the other fondue bourguignon restaurants in Zermatt.

The buffet of fondue is incredible. Rich choices of meat, fish, vegetable, sauces and everything to make a delicious plate.
