Chez Gaby - Zermatt

Delicious dinner, excellent atmosphere and friendly service. one of our best dinners in this week, we come back next year.

I have been eating here on visits to Zermatt spanning thirty years. Gaby, the elderly owner, still comes in every evening and his family runs the operation. The food is excellent, especially meats cooked over the fire accompanied by rosti, a Swiss version of hash...brown potatoes.

About an hour before the arrival in cermatt a table reserved and then found a restaurant in which we have eaten very well. the junior swarmed from robber cellar he got.

Reservation on Saturday mandatory. very good, friendly service (from servicewüste schweiz,.) fine dining, it can only recommend.

The service in the beautiful equipped restaurant was very good and personal. we enjoyed the diner. the grilled meat was as delicious as the veggie meal of my wife and we are sad that our vacation is over. when we return to cermatt, from...In short we plan to have our diner in restaurant chez gaby'.
