We stayed for a few days in this owner-guided hotel with restaurant. The hotel is located just 200 metres from the road parallel to the Mosel. Parking was possible for small money directly on the Moselle (about 15 € for 5 days). The rooms were all accessible by stairs (there is no elevator). The room and the bathroom were spacious. The daily cleaning service should have been a bit more thorough. We were able to place our e-bikes in the bicycle cellar and also load them there. Breakfast was taken to the table and eggs, yoghurts and O juice were served. Great were the homemade jams here. A highlight was the dinner included in the half board. Mr. Ehses (Inhaber) has prepared extremely delicious three courses every night. So who stands on good German cuisine and proper portions is absolutely right here. The additional drinks were absolutely affordable. Overall, the owners and their son are very friendly and absolutely facing the guests. Here you felt very comfortable as a guest. Such a kind of cordiality is not found in hotel chains. We will definitely be back when we visit this section of the Mosel.
