I asked for a coffee to drink at this place and got a disposable cup instead. Bad service.

They give you drinks in paper glasses so you don’t see how much ice they put in your drink. I bought a mango dragon fruit refreshing juice and there are hardly any juice in it, it was filled almost to the top with ice. Waste of money, you have lost a customer

5.40€ for a Tall very ‘burnt’ tasting Cappuccino… indeed Starbucks coffee is often a last resort but even when desperate, there’s almost a regret having bought one!

Refused to give me a cup of water. There was about 5 people there total and he told me I had to buy something to get water. Was extremely rude about it. I said Starbucks policy is they give out water for free and he said that wasn’t his policy. I have been all over the world and never experienced this.
