The fries were bad. The meat saté, wrap and burger looked like charcoal. We had to threw it away. We ordered for the 8 people and no one was even slightly happy.

I seriously doubt the beef patty weighed 200g, and I'm pretty sure it wasn't Angus beef. We had ordered via the website, and arrived a little after it was supposed to be ready. I waited politely when I arrived but none of the staff members said any word to us. Finally I asked and they started to make the burgers in front of us (they were supposed to be ready 10min before... . We should've checked better because they didn't take into account any of the commentaries made : my girlfriend is allergic to certain ingredients (mainly onions and had to get them out of the melted cheese... and, cherry on the cake : they forgot the sauces. I'm not giving it less than 3*, because the fries were good, and maybe it was just a one-time thing, maybe we got unlucky, but if I go back there and don't get a better service, then my vote will drop to only 1* ; that's not acceptable considering the price (as expensive as in most gourmet burgers restaurants .

Very good, clean and welcoming staff. The quantities are huge and the fries are excellent. Prices are good. Ideal for big eaters. We'll be back.
