Very average food. The lack of proper cutlery and poor seating were annoying too. Don't have the reheated pizza, please.
Horrible experience!!! Food: ordered a Flemish carbonate: really dry and cold meat and fries that felt they were microwaved. I am not sure whether they make the food immediately from the freezer. Wife ordered chicken burger. Pieces of the bun seemed chewed away. Service: We received a compensation because of flight delay. Unfortunately, the response of the servers was rude. There was no willingness to look into the problem of the scanner in order to claim our compensation and they were complaining out loud about our ‘unreasonable’ demands.
Highly discourage going there if you are on business travel. They do not always print the receipts, and refuse to issue one if you ask for it. This means you cannot claim. The food is good, but the service is terrible. Even the manager Christoph was unhelpful.
Too bad I couldn't put 0 stars. 20h49, they're still serving at the bar. Nothing says the place is closed, apart from a little soft barrier that people keep on passing. As I'm queuing, a black hair bearded guy at the bar keeps on pointing at me and tells me it's closed. There's someone behind me but he keeps on telling me only that it's closed and I have to leave, annoyed at me. Ignorant. Not impressed. It's not even 9pm, it's the holidays...well done Brussels airport.
