I ordered a wellington. they served me a piece of meat FROZEN! no kidding, it was frozen from the freezer. And they seemed not too sorry!!!! I was expecting excuses from the chef but ...nothing. I won't come back here

Out of the 2 or 3 special dishes, the other ones are really mediocre, too much for its price. The place is good and the service too, but looks like the cook is not happy there. Avoid if you want something elese than fill (barely) your stomach.

I was referred by a Spanish friend as to having good food including Paella. Well, Paella is only served at lunch time and only on Thursdays. we had to settle for their dinner menu. Lunch seems to have a fixed menu for everyday of the week, and it reads really tasty. As for our dinner, the portions are large and the food is very well priced about 75% less than the city center (Plaza del Pilar) We had sandwiches and jamon Serrano . The cured ham we had was a delight and left us wanting more, but so have other places. This place seems more like an outdoor cafe and not a restaurant. It is within minutes of the University and seconds from a soccer stadium. The restaurant is located at the Plaza de la Romareda . I would venture back into the area to try other restaurants as the outdoor food court was full of locals and not one tourist (except for us) in sight. This gave us more of a feel of how locals hang out and enjoy an evening. The staff were very helpful and set up a table for us within seconds of arriving. Within minutes of arrival the entire courtyard was full, and none of the tables inside the restaurants had any patrons. Charming but the food was mediocre. Mostly the steaks, very tough and not what we expected. I would have rather stuck to the Tapas because they looked good coming out of the kitchen. That is what all tables seemed to be ordering besides beer and soft drinks. True local eats as long as you keep in mind the steaks leave a lot to desire.

Excelente. Mucha cantidad y muy buena calidad. Los camareros muy atentos y amables. Muy recomendable
