Occasionally, terrace seating is extra. The prices of the outdoor cafes along Plaza Pilar are higher because it's a nice view and ambiance. If you've been once, I recommend trying a cafe further in. It can end up saving you 10+ Euros! Espana Punto Y Coma on the Plaza Pilar is fine, nothing great. They have the standard menu del dia (above), but outside seating will cost you a euro extra (11.50 pp). This particular restaurant bar offers bread, desert, water AND wine....so be sure to ask. We ordered sparkling water, not realizing water was included (flat water only). The food itself was average, as was the service. Better food and service further up in town. Try Isella on the Plaza Espana! Menu del dia is less than 9 euros pp and the food and service are outstanding.
