I just called and they were extremely rude. I asked if they had frappes and if they had expresso in it and her response was sarcastic and rude. Then before I was done talking she just said, “ok bye.” I’d understand if I was rude but I really wasn’t. I was polite. No reason to be this rude to your paying customers! Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I usually come here instead of Maple because the people are nicer, I get what I pay for. Today, I ordered cold foam on my drink, and there was so little in it that I literally didn’t see it and tried to hand it back through the window and said “Oh sorry. I ordered cold foam on this.” The woman working the window poked the lid and said “It’s right there!” And practically rolled her eyes at me. I looked at the top of the cup, and sure enough, it was there. It was the size of a quarter in the very center of my large iced coffee. I pay an extra 60-something cents for cold foam because I like it. Never again! I don’t have the money to waste on something I’m not going to get.
