Starbucks - Zanesville

The drive-thru offers a lovely view and the service is excellent.

I really enjoy this location! There's always a friendly smile at the window, and the coffee is consistently high quality.

The staff was extremely friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious.

This one used to be super fast and I'm not sure what they have changed but since they've opened back up they suck. Every time I play some mobile order it tells me 4 to 6 minutes I expect it to be closer to around 10 however when it turns out to be 15 to 20 minutes and I walk into the store and they're fully staffed and somebody is standing there doing nothing. The shift manager is a blonde and all she was like oh I'm so sorry. Get some good Management in there and get these employees actually doing their job. I will also complain to corporate about this

They were busy but the service was good and the employee was very nice. I had a gift card for there so that was the only reason I went there, prices are to high for me.
