Submarine Burger Radnička - Zagreb

Had a meal recently, food and service was great as usual but some of us ended up with terrible stomach problems afterwards. Customer support apologized and issued a refund their response time was great. Congrats for the customer support team and hope that kitchen staff is more diligent about food hygiene in their kitchen.

Burger is good. Fries ok. But the guy who was serving was a zombie. I asked ketchup and he did not like it as if he is going to make homemade version. The leaving of the ketchup on my table and the second beer is such as take it and be quiet. I want to pay by card. They invited me inside.

Visited on a Sunday, 2 adults and 2 kids. The burgers were great. Tasty, juicy and full of flavours. Their products felt fresh also; buns, lettuce and all. The Original is the best for me simple but has it all. Also we had the truffle fries, which were nice but at the end the sauce feels heavy. Kids enjoyed their burgers and fries also, especially that beet ketchup that they get with their kids meal. Staff were friendly and we enjoyed the experience all in all.

Staff are kind and helpful. Food is spectacular for a chain restaurant. Get the truffle fries … you won’t regret it. We tried the smokehouse and the monster burger. Both very delicious and cooked perfectly. I wanted to go back again the next day

The burgers were very delicious! I chose the Bacon Burger with cheese fries. The meal was prepared very quickly. Little tricky to find the restaurant. But with the Google Maps photos, we found it. The food menu is available in Croatian and English.
