I was somewhat disappointed. the first thing the waiter said was that the kitchen is very small and there is a chance of cross-contamination. also there are only 1 frit so the fries are not gluten-free. according to the details of the waiter, the classic burger was the saving option due to the small number of ingredients in it. I ordered the burger, but I'm a little nervous when it's okay.
Three of their burgers can be made gluten-free. they show great understanding of cross-contamination. good service.
The staff was extremely knowledgeable and overly cautious, they made me feel very comfortable eating here. I even have the Gf-Back because it was roasted in a separate toaster! we had the seoul and French kussburger with the chiliries! one of the best burgers I've ever eaten!
The owner has zöliakie, so they are very well aware that everything is being used to minimize risks. excellent quality burger (now try the hvar seoul burger). no reservations possible, but it was worth waiting.
Staff was knowledgeable and knew of celiac disease. Explained any processes I questioned. They were out of gluten free buns but used lettuce. Excellent meal
