Literally amazing! They knew what gluten free was and were very careful with contamination. The lady was super nice and it was probably one of the best experiences I’ve had eating out being gluten free. Highly recommend it!!

I'm so happy about my experience here. First, I just asked about the diary free options, of which there were 3 and when I went to order, she showed me 3 other flavours. She said, they were made in a different facility for celiacs and some of them were diary free as well. That's when I mentioned having a slight gluten intolerance as well and she showed me the gluten free ice cream cones. In the end I decided for one of the flavours in the counter, and she got another ice cream spoon and started scooping until she could reach some "untouched" ice cream from the middle : So great experience and a portion of ice cream is huge as well!

Bob rock’s was amazing, I asked if they had some gluten-free and they had special containers made in a gluten-free factory. they asked if I were celiac or just gluten intolerance, so they could know how to treat me best. then they flushed everything so that there was no chance of cross-contamination.

They have GF cones suitable for Coeliacs. The ice cream in the tubs is almost all GF, but they can't guarantee against cross contamination. But they have tubs of GF, sugar free, lactose free ice cream that are totally safe for Coeliacs and they can put them in a cone. Really nice service!

Lady gave my son gluten cookie to the ice cream in gluten free cane. Gluten free canes were touching these with gluten. And ice creams was'n testy.
