Subway - Zachary

Hours reflect 9:00 pm closing time. Called this location at 8:30 pm was told they were closing and could not take my order. Asked if I could do online was told no. Told them I would come in to place it and Girl told me I did not have enough time to make it their. OKAY..So basically was refused service.

Been coming here pretty frequently.The ingredients are normally very fresh.The customer service is really what you make it. I feel like if you go in and don't give anyone a hard time (i.e. just tell them what you want) then there really isn't anything to pick on about the staff. Their toaster can burn the sh*t out of some bread...Speaking of bread...their bread is made with care.The staff during the last 6 months seems to be majority high schoolers and that youth might just be causing a disconnect between them and some customers. I've never had a customer service issue.However, wait times can get a little clogged if this subway is dealing with mobile orders along with inside orders.Their staff setup is similar to the Popeyes in Zachary, but the difference is that this Subway handles pressure with grace and with the common goal in mind: get the sandwiches out of the door.Their staff is prompt and effective with preparing veggies and other items to make the entire ship sail. It's not the best subway I've ever been to but their sandwich crafting is pretty damn good. Inside is clean.

Both workers were high, charged for cookies when they weren't ordered, they were out of almost everything, and didn't even have lids for their drinks, they also used a dirty knife to cut my spouses sandwich. Honestly deserves 0 stars, it was the absolute worst service I've ever experienced.

I ordered from DoorDash. I ordered 2 footlongs u0026 2 salads. One of the footlongs was super soggy. It also had a ton of sauce on there, which was not requested. This was honestly my first bad experience with this location. The workers there are always super nice, respectful, and helpful. The food is always on point. This was the only partially bad experience I had. I threw the sandwich away, as I could not stomach the sogginess and whatever that added sauce was.

The staff is always so inviting. Establishment is always clean. Sandwiches always on point!
