The pork tasted raw and the vegetables tasted nothing special. This restaurant was across Alex Restaurant and had the same price range but the food and service was significantly better there than here. Staff was not accommodating and had an unpleasant vibe but still understandable because of the heat. Area is not airconditioned
This restaurant is a good find! The fish tinola was delicious, with perfectly cooked fish and a flavorful broth. The pansit sotanghon was equally impressive, with a good mix of noodles, vegetables, and meat. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the restaurant itself was easy to get to. I recommend this place for a delicious and enjoyable Filipino meal. Food: 4
Went here for lunch with my tour guide. The food taste good but it’s a little bit expensive and the service is sooo slow. You’ll need to do a several follow ups Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
Checkpoint Camiguin wasn't that exciting place as we have seen on socmed. We were quite diasppointed that the vibe didn't live up to our expectations. Nevertheless we gave it a try. There's a barbecue place at the ground floor, and there are some stores surrounding the dining area selling snacks, groceries and other items like slippers, shirts, etc.. We were led to the restaurant at the 2nd floor where we ordered our dinner. The food wasn't bad, though it didn't really impress us that much. We waited for a few minutes before our orders were served. The service was quite ok. The staff were courteous and accommodating.
