Starbucks - Yuma

Friendly staff and fast service. what I expected from a dead-ass. parking space: parking is available. Accessibility: definitiw wheelchair accessible.

Food served cold. Egg bites not great cold. No apologies no interest

Now I don 't normally shop at Starbucks but. After my experience today I believe I will be coming back here more often. I got to the window to place my order and realized I FORGOT MY WALLET so I ask for a water cup for my son and nothing else. We get up to the window where Ariel is waiting with our water cup. She says So I heard you forgot your wallet how can I help you get your drinks . It was amazing and because of that I 'm giving this review. Ariel you have restored my faith in Starbucks, Thank you so much!!!!

I just ordered today. And the milk or whatever ingredient they used for the white chocolate mocca was expired. Sadly i only realized after we left Yuma (we ordered through drive thru).This location is usually missing ingredients or dont have certain popular drinks available. Is almost a miracle to actually get what one wants.I rarely stop at this location due to service and lack of ingredients. I was surprised they even gave us expired milk in our drinks.What a waste of money

Went here today and I have to shout out the amazing customer service from Jianna! She’s a rock star- definitely went above and beyond with our order and resolving an issue we had. We’ll be back to visit next time we’re in Yuma!
