Mcdonald's - Yuma

The experience at this restaurant was awful. The tables were dirty, there were no towels, and the lack of hand sanitizer was concerning. The manager's attitude towards customer service was unfriendly, and unfortunately, this just adds to the list of issues. Overall, I would rate the service 1 out of 5.

I stopped for breakfast sandwiches on my way to California, and they were warm and delicious! The order was perfect, and the hash browns were hot and crispy, just the way I like them. Thanks for a great breakfast!

What can you say about (micky d’s mac donald’s, if something was wrong with micky d’s. Never know what I know about. it's really great for the little POCKET killer. itssss greatttttt.

As I was walking in to the restroom, an employee was walking out of a stall and went straight back to work without washing her hands. I complained to corporate and received a call from this store’s Customer Service Rep, Eva, who stated that sometimes employees go in the bathroom to change their clothes and doesn’t necessarily mean she was using the restroom. I didn’t see her carrying a bag or clothes and it DOESN’T matter what you go in there for, you wash your hands after, especially if handling other people’s food. Disgusting!Also, their ice machine inside the employee area was broken and they were telling drive thru costumers that there was no ice, when the lobby machine did have ice.

It is very much bad, I don’t get the hype of it, the food taste bad, and is smaller then what they advertise, I when they in and it took forever just to get more order, the place had flies near the dirty tables, only 1 worker was actually doing. It’s just very bad and it isn’t the first time it has happened.
