Carnitas El Taste - Yuma

I absolutely love carnitas, and it's not easy to find a place that serves them well. After giving this restaurant a try, I’m completely hooked! This has officially become my top spot for carnitas. They were perfectly soft with a nice crunch, and the flavor was incredible. I also sampled their Chile Relleno (a cheese-stuffed pepper coated in egg), and it was fantastic as well!

I decided to update my previous review. While I was waiting for my order, the owner and manager came out after hearing about the incident and sincerely apologized. It turned out that the staff was new and an error had occurred. They repeatedly expressed their apologies, and eventually, the manager identified the mistake and rectified it. Although I planned to pay for my meal, the owner insisted on offering it for free due to their oversight. What truly impressed me was not just the complimentary food, but the genuine apologies from the owner and manager. The food is consistently excellent, and I won’t allow a minor mistake to overshadow my positive experiences with them.

We had a fantastic dining experience! I ordered the carnitas plate, which was incredibly flavorful, and my wife enjoyed the chiles rellenos, also very delicious. This is definitely a great spot to eat, and we plan to return more often.

Such a good place, it was a little chilly and the champurrado definitely hit the spot, it was the Mexican comfort food you crave after a long day. The place waa clean, the staff was great super attentive, and the food absolutely delicious, fresh handmade tortillas definitely topped everything off, will definitely visit this place again if I'm ever there again!
