Applebee's Grill - Yuma

I'm giving this restaurant a five-star rating thanks to our fantastic waiter. As for the food, Dale really enjoyed his Chicken and Shrimp Bourbon Street. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger without the bun, and it was quite good. However, the Caesar salad I had as a side was disappointing. I mentioned to the waiter that it didn't have any flavor, and to my surprise, he took it off the bill without hesitation. It's wonderful to experience such great customer service again, and I truly appreciated it.

Everything was kinda meh. Wife's chicken strips tasted odd, my chicken pasta tasted like Chef Mic (as in microwave) had a heavy hand in making it. We've ordered the same meal at other Applebee's before and didn't have this issue, so who knows what's goingon. The snacks we bought at the 99-cent store in the same plaza tasted better.

Today’s dining experience was fantastic! The service was prompt, and our waiter, David, was incredibly helpful with the menu. He offered some excellent suggestions. The food was served hot and tasted delicious. My daughter ordered a kids' meal that included a cheese pizza, mozzarella cheese sticks, and chocolate milk. She also decided to get an Oreo shake for a little extra cost. The staff was friendly and attentive, especially when my husband encountered a problem with his meal. He’s not a fan of onions, but there were some on his plate. David quickly stepped in to resolve the issue, ensuring our dining experience continued smoothly. The manager also stopped by a few times to check on us, which we greatly appreciated!

Applebee's tends to have a consistent experience no matter where you visit. We stopped by this location while traveling on vacation, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The manager even took the time to chat with my very talkative daughter! The food was good, and the service was quick. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. I also found it interesting to see some local pictures on the walls; I don’t think I've ever noticed that at other locations.

I tried the holiday special menu and ordered the steak while my wife opted for the ribs. Unfortunately, the steak was tough, as it usually is; I've never had a good steak at this chain. As for the ribs, they were quite disappointing...
