Would have been a 5 if the trip through the lane were more efficient. as it now sits, good eating with a good experience from the personal. definitiw one of the better taco bell!

Rude workers, had to repeat my order 3 times then come to the window to tell them again. Food was made terribly and nothing was fresh or tasted good and I made my trip at 11:00AM Sharp. How can the food not even be fresh right after opening? SO GROSS

Listen, I like Taco Bell. I love Taco Bell even. But gosh dang.We ordered using the kiosk the only one that works and I was paying cash so after I placed the order I went to the counter to pay. The boy there says couldn't figure out out referring to the kiosk in a condescending way. I told him I just needed to pay.We waited about 5 minutes for the food and he hands us a bag and tried to walk off. We had ordered specialty drinks, and they were nowhere to be seen. He tried to give us cups for fountain drinks.Honestly, so rude to talk to someone like that at all, but the irony in the fact HE COULDN'T FIGURE IT OUT when it came to reading the order is golden.The iced coffee is great though. ?

This taco bell wouldnt even take our order but they did they people in front of us so I guess don't bother..
