Ordered a family 12Pc Signature Chicken Family Meal, large coleslaw was not even half filled, provided no honey or butter packets for the biscuits

My last visit to this restaurant was fantastic! The staff went above and beyond to assist me, making it the best experience I've ever had at a fast food establishment. I highly recommend it. However, I did notice that not everyone was wearing masks when required.

I appreciate the staff's efforts, and it shows in the flavors of the food. However, when I bring a group here for lunch, our orders are often incorrect, and there are too many details to manage one by one. I also prefer not to order other dishes.

I was seated within about 10 minutes, despite there being four guests ahead of me. Shortly after, within two minutes, they asked if I wanted to drink something and took my order. I requested an omelet made to my liking, and within a minute, I had my coffee. My food arrived in under five minutes! The staff who attended to me were all very professional.

All of the chicken sandwiches in our Big Sandwich Bundle Family Meal were undercooked.
