A complete FAIL. I ordered the club but it has no beef. I asked for provolone instead of swiss and got that. The bread was so HARD I had to cut bite slices to eat it, the sandwich tasted like a vinegar sandwich with a dash of ham. It was nasty. I fed the other half to my dogs who did not seem to mind. Got a gift card for Christmas but I can say I WON'T BE BACK. No flavors except vinegar and ham. Not appetizing at all

Visited this business for a sandwich this morning. I 'm eyeballing the condiments while they 're slicing meat and cheese and noticed the lettuce is a bit brown and towards the bottom of the bin, and this is at 10:40 am! I mentioned this to the girl and asked for some fresh lettuce. She looks at me like I 'm nuts and continues to pile this wilted brown lettuce on there anyway. I 'm like for $18 you can 't use fresh lettuce? Still no comment like there must be a language barrier? Good grief. If you 're gonna demand the highest prices for the freshest ingredients you 're gonna need to step up your game.
