Cuca's Mexican Food - Yucaipa

I ordered a Carne Asada beef taco and a BRC burrito while visiting Rosie's in town, but they were closed. However, the food I tried was excellent. My family loved everything, especially the carne asada burrito. It was wonderfully flavorful, juicy, and rich. It was the best I've had in a long time!

I recently visited the restaurant and found the staff to be incredibly friendly. I ordered two items, and when I got home and opened my order, I was disappointed to discover that it wasn't exactly what I had requested. One of the three ingredients I specifically asked for was missing. Since then, I haven't gone back. I want to emphasize that the food itself was very good; it was just that one ingredient that was missing.

The Yucaipa location is simply fantastic! The food is always made to order and still hot when I get home. The staff is consistently wonderful, even when it’s very busy. There have been a few times when they missed something, but they always make it right by offering credit on your next visit or remaking the order for you. Overall, dining here is always an excellent experience!

I don't understand why the price here is so much higher than the Redlands if the food is nowhere near the quality. I can't wait until the renovation is completed and I can go back there.

Drive-Thur was very busy, so I went fine. The service was very good, they were fast, but they packed my order to dinate, but it was to go. They repacked my food, but that meant that my wet burritos were not very wet. Most of the sauce and cheese stayed on the plates, so my family came home not the Burritos they had asked.
