Mcdonald's - Yreka

Ordered the Big Mac Bundle and when it arrived my big Macs we're missing, so I then had to drive myself to Mc Donald's to get them, because they where mistakenly not put in the bag, therefore defeating the purpose of paying for door dash. I also wasn't acknowledged by multiple employees, however when I finally was able to get service she had them make me fresh ones.

Since the new construction at this point, they have strengthened their game in most days. I still had the random missing burger or/and Frey.

I wanted to take a moment to recognize a wonderful young man working at your drive-thru window. He had such a positive attitude during my visit today after a long day. Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name, but my receipt number is Ks 13, dated 7-27-16. I believe he deserves some extra praise, especially since many people tend to focus on negatives these days. Keep up the great work, whoever you are!

I was just passing by, but I noticed that all the windows looked really nice.

The food was excellent as always, and the service was fast. The restaurant has a playground, which would be great for watching my kids while sitting outside with my dogs during our visit. However, there were no tables or chairs available in the outdoor area. While I understand the situation, I was disappointed by this experience.
