Contribuiți la feedbackThe service at this restaurant is terrible. The staff member is rude, and their frozen drink machine is always broken. It's very frustrating. They should invest in a new machine.
We arrived at McDonald's at 1 o'clock and a guy directed us to the next window. At the next window, a woman greeted us with a scowl on her face. We placed our order and received terrible customer service. The woman accused my friend of not paying attention because she was watching TikTok, assuming she was being rude. After finally being allowed to order, we encountered a broken ice machine. When we finally received our food at the next window, the woman returned to inform us that the frozen beverage machine was also broken. Another customer had received a smoothie that was half-blended. Overall, it was the worst experience ever. The only positive aspect was the good Wi-Fi.
I was told by an employee that they couldn't serve me because I had been driving. They gave no further explanation and seemed uninterested in doing business with me. I won't be returning to this restaurant as the employees are generally rude. They simply took my food order and closed the door without looking me in the eye. Perhaps they should undergo training on customer service skills from Culver's. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
- Oh, my man went here after work. I've been busy with things at home all day, so I wrote him to get us to eat. they forget two pommes, a 20-part nugget and the dietary coke that went with the meals. he went in to get out of here and the money went away from him when he spoke to her. he came angry at home because he couldn't get the food we paid for. I called back and the lady knew exactly what I was talking about. Why isn't he still here? we have food and no one who takes it. that was half an hour later! Then she said what was missing. the other worker came to the phone and I wanted to tell her about the missing food and what happened. I had to drive the 28 minutes there to get the food and then, when I arrived there, the dune was closed and I went to the Drive-Thru. I told them I was the person who called about the missing food. she said I didn't know what you're talking about and I can't hear you! I went into the first window and the person knew exactly what I was talking about. she told me to move forward and they would have my food. next window the person gave me the third degree! I wondered if I paid for eating, twice she asked what I miss! why in the world would I spend hours with mcdonald's about this? as if I had nothing better to do?! seriously! not got! save them time and energy and go somewhere else!
This McDonalds has a bad reputation. Today they redeemed themselves. The lobby was open, tables were clean. We placed an order via the kiosk, in moments a staff member brought our cups to us, and before my husband came back with our drinks our food arrived. They got it right!! They got it fast! Staff was friendly, and the lobby was clean. Way to go McDonalds. Keep up the good work.
