We loved our stay in this hotel! the personal was wonderful. our room was spacious and comfortable. the prices were surprisingly reasonable. I was still in worse places for much more money! we want to go back!

A great place to stay short or long term. Restaurant is fabulous with great service! Matt, Cassandra and Jake are great and always make you feel at home. Whenever COVID staffing challenges arise… the staff always try to make the best of it and go out of their way to minimize the impact to their guests.

Poor management customer service. Talked to front desk several times, messages were passed on to manager, tried to resolve the issue via Travelocity instead multiple times, and the management never followed up, never responded to my inquiries, did not resolve the issue and refused to negotiate with Travelocity. Disrespectful of my time and money and just simply unacceptable customer service. Get it together Marriott.

We recently had our daughter’s wedding at this great venue. The hospitality, atmosphere and facilities were outstanding. A.J.,Gabriel and their staff never missed a beat and so easy to work with. Thank you all for making our special weekend fabulous!

That was the first trip of my family to “Motor City”. we were super excited as the city has a rich African history. we thought to stop the journey; we would stay in the raised marriott at eagle crest. big mistake. n n nwhile I must say that the lobby is beautiful, the entire stay in this hotel was a fine. we were in holiday inn express before we travel to detroit. it was ten times better than this hotel. on the one hand we had no bell cars to load our luggage. it is a long walk from the front doors to the elevators. Please note that the only way to access their rooms is from the entrance hall. the room smells like “peace and sneakers”. the beds were flat, and it seemed that we were missing furniture. When my mother checked in, the person she checked in was not almost as friendly as she expected. the shower was not clean, and we had minimal towels. there is no room service and the hotel does not come every day to clean the room. While we understand that this is a new COVID protocol, no one even came to empty the mülls. big! Now I have to say that there were 2 African American writings: one man and one weave. they were divine! They made the stay portable, and we appreciate it enormously. I wish I had their names, but they both worked at the weekend night shift. the city is dead even though it is an alleged college city. after 9 o'clock is nothing open which makes it difficult to eat or snacks, since detroit is closed at a certain time. n nes was not worth the money. it would be another story if the rooms were $50-75 per night. the rooms are not cheap. the entire experience felt infertile, so I had to share my experience with the public.
