Burger King - Youngwood

I work in Youngwood and thought this restaurant would be convenient for a quick lunch. I was very mistaken. There are two drive-thru lines, but the service is slow and inefficient. Despite there being two cars ahead of me when I arrived, I had to wait about 25 minutes for my order. The lady at the drive-thru was unfriendly and got my order wrong twice. The double cheeseburgers I ordered only had single patties, I didn't receive the sauce I asked for, the nuggets were missing, and there was a hair in my onion rings. I recommend avoiding this location until they improve their service. This was one of the worst fast food experiences I've had.

The onion rings and cheese sticks were extremely overcooked, the fries were hard and overcooked, and the burgers were sloppy but not too bad. Overall, everything was terrible.

2 drive thru lanes 15 min just to get an order in. No ice please, filled with ice. Mayo, mustard, ketchup only. But running out of the wrapper into bag? C'mon.

Our order was wrong, nothing too bad. But in their defense? They were SO SHORT HANDED! I felt so bad for the 2 employees there (yes,2) and despite that? They were SO KIND!

The staff at this restaurant are fantastic, but the location is not the best as it is part of a corporate chain. However, they serve delicious food and the atmosphere is welcoming. The restaurant is very clean, which I appreciate. The only downside is that the food can take a bit long to arrive, so it may not be the best choice for those on a tight schedule. Overall, I would recommend this place with a rating of 4 out of 5.
