Mcdonald's - Youngsville

This is one of the few almost food places I go to them are at 95 % of the time evening and nights need a little improvement, but overall this is a big mcds!

Good eating, service is good as I am in there every day, almost most of them know me

This McDonald?s used to have great service and as a consistent customer for the last 12 years, I never had any problems. Until recently. It seems that the experienced customer service-oriented workers who would operate the drive were replaced by younger, rude and inefficient workers. Every time I went through the drive for the last five months or so, I give my order and the girl that takes my order never seemed to pay attention to what I say. I'll tell her a 6 Peice chicken nugget happy food with a sprite and apple slices, and I'm asked? 4 or 6 bucks? What? Apple slices or fries? They seem to keep conversations with other employees with their microphone for the intercom, while in the middle of the customers give their order as well as what even more to the frustration of trying to convey an order to them. In addition, every time I have been to this place in the last five months, my order was wrong every time. Whenever I notice the error in the order, I simply say that there is nothing they can do, and that the thing in question was not upset by the cash register (because it was too busy talking to their employees and not paying attention to the order itself), I will have to go back in the drive thru to reorder the item. Very disappointed about the decline in customer service at this point and will not recommend anyone to go here.

Service was fast and meal was hot and right. Some drive thrus tend to not screw your order in any way?

Not bad. There is one rude young lady that works the register, but you are always going to have one bad apple in the bunch with no home training. ?????
