Buddys Cafe - Youngstown

On Thursday October 26th I returned to Buddy's after talking with owner Anna about a previous transaction that didn't go as planned. Anna instructed me to talk to Jersey and she fixed the previous problem completely. I had an excellent meal and was able to discuss their new processes to make sure there aren't any further misunderstanding with any customer. This is the definition of Professional Customer Service in action. Thank you Anna and Jersey for making everything right and paving the way for more positive interaction.

Great breakfast even though they were out of bloody Mary mix and corned beef hash.

I went on Monday September 18 and ordered take out. No wings so I ordered chicken tenders and fries. Half time of Steelers Brown's game. I discovered when I got back to work. Chicken was BURNED and SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN SOLD. Why?

A great place. We go there a lot after mass. Sam Jersey are so welcoming and friendly. Sam comes to our table to ask us how are food was. He takes good care of all his customers.
