Dunkin' - YORKTOWN HEIGHTS

This is a fantastic little spot! The service is quick, and the staff are incredibly friendly.

I try to visit almost every day, but each time I go in, the young man at the counter always gets my order wrong. When I try to correct him, he becomes upset and disrespectful. I might be better off going to a different place in town because the staff there are always so nice and sweet. Maybe it’s just a matter of timing for my visits. It’s really disappointing.

I visit this place every morning and the staff is fantastic. They are incredibly friendly, polite, and always willing to help. My order is consistently accurate, and I usually place it through the app. They typically have everything I need in stock. The only downside is the parking situation; it can be challenging. This Dunkin' is located inside a gas station, and there isn’t enough parking available when it gets crowded.

This place consistently serves an excellent cup of coffee! Their dark roast is particularly good—smooth and clean. The staff is also incredibly efficient and quick.

The drinks are consistently prepared accurately and promptly. It's quite a rarity these days!
